- Popcorn Pen Sets have arrived.

Arriving on 11th Oct:
sheryl - 2 sets (paid)
valery - 1 set (unpaid)
Each Popcorn Pen Set is now priced at $16 per set! - All pens' tips are sealed with a mini rubber cap on top of the colour-cap. - Takes less than one minute for the fluff to come up!
Next collection for Preorder #2 would be on 2nd week of Oct. No cappings are required. I supply too.
■ Once order form is sent, withdrawal/MIA = blacklist
■ Please try to respond all emails/sms within a week.
■ We are not responsible for late arrival of items, faulty items (preorders only)& scams by our supplier.
- However, business has been done with most of our suppliers before, so they're reliable.
■ For Payment:
- Bank Transfer. Phone number would be given upon confirmation of order.
■ For Collection:
- Normal Postage: Reliable only if given the exact address. Usually takes a week to reach, the fastest i know of is 2-3 days.
- Registered Postage: Very reliable as the item can be tracked down. Takes 1-2 days to reach, sometimes in just 24 hours.
*Not responsible for loss of mail/damaged items via post. Items normally wrapped in ziplock bags or wound with lots of brown paper/bubble wrap. Item status would be updated once mailed out.
■ When Making Payment:
- Trans exact amount of money. Refunds for exceeds would only apply if accidental transferal exceeds $5.
- $ingapore Currency accepted only.

what are cappings? Cappings are the minimum amount of orders required. For example, if the capping is 5, we would require 5 orders. These 5 orders can come from the same person or a group of different people.
